Forgotten Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password then you can use the forgotten password wizard. You can use the wizard simply by selecting the forgotten password link as seen below. When you have entered this page you will be asked to enter your username.

When this has been recognised a security question will be asked. Please enter the answer to the security question you gave during the registration process.

When this has been entered an email will be sent to your registered email address containing confirmation of your username and password.

If you have forgotten all of your login details or the answer to your security question the please call 0845 0559979 for assistance or email forgotpassword@holidayhomelets.co.uk . Please supply your Full Name, Adddress, and Contact No in the email.

Customer Services is open Mon-Fri 9:00am – 17:00pm. We can only deal with lost U/N and P/W during this period, and to validate and resend this information can take up to 3 working days.
