External links Holiday Home Lets Ltd reserves the right to remove links from adverts to external websites which either do not conform to the guidelines provided, or the team feel are not appropriate, or act against the interests of the company or it's advertisers. The ultimate responsibility and authority for determining the aforementioned rests solely with Holiday Home Lets Ltd. Should an advertiser add a link without consent, re-add a link after it's removal or remove reciprocated links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their advertising without refund. Photographic materials Holiday Home Lets Ltd will make every effort to safeguard photographic materials supplied, and return them if required. However, Holiday Home Lets Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, and for any loss or damage sustained. Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but Holiday Home Lets Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omission. Payment details When a new property is registered on the site payment should be made on that same day. If payment is being made by credit or debit card this can be processed online by WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group), our online card payment provider. Should an advertiser not have the ability to make payment by card, cheques should be sent on the day of registering a property (payable to Holiday Home Lets Ltd) to: Holiday Home Lets Ltd, 94 Broad Street, Bristol, BS16 5NJ, UK. In this instance advertisers are requested to notify Holiday Home Lets Ltd by email that a cheque has been sent and advise of the expected time to receipt, especially where this is expected to be more than 10 working days from the date of registration of a property. Holiday Home Lets Ltd reserve the right to remove property advertisements should no notice be given by email and payment not be received within this timeframe. The advertisement may not be published until payment is cleared. Refund policy Holiday Home Lets Ltd provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. We offer a 'cooling off period' of SEVEN working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email to support@holidayhomelets.co.uk or by use of the 'contact us' form on the site (stating the owner ID or home number and the advertiser's password). We will then supply a refund less a £10 administration fee and notification by email. Changes to pricing and conditions Holiday Home Lets Ltd reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers. |
